       The application under order 22 rule 3(i) of C.P. Act is registered as M.A. case No.MA/38/2022. Heard Ld. Advocate of the complainant. Perused the petition and copy of death certificate wherefrom it appears that Ramchandra Agarwal alias Ram Chandra Agarwal died on 13./05/2021. Accordingly the legal heirs of deceased Ramchandra Agarwal alias Ram Chandra Agarwal be substituted as legal heirs of said deceased  and these applicants be treated as complainants henceforth and with the observation instant M.A. case is disposed off.
