       Ld. Advocate of the petitioner is present. None appears for the O.p. Today is fixed for hearing of the M.A. case. Heard the Ld. Advocate of the petitioner. Perused the photocopy of death certificate of Ramchandra Agarwal being the original complainant of the original C.C. case No.CC/337/2019.

In the above backdrop, let the prayer for substitution be allowed and legal heirs as shown in the schedule of the petition be stepped into the shoes of the death of the petitioner (original complainant). Let the name of three legal heirs be incorporated in the original complaint case being case No.CC/337/2019.

Thus, the M.A. case is disposed of.
