           Ld. Advocate of the D.hr files a petition praying for dismissal of the case supported with an affidavit alongwith a photocopy of one cheque.

          Ld. Advocate-Sanjib Raj categorically submits that J.dr already made payment so D.hr is not at all interested to proceed with the case and no proceeding is pending against this case before any higher Forum.

          In that view of the matter, this commission will not stand otherwise and on the basis of petition of D.hr and touching upon the submission of Ld. Advocate of D.hr the instant case is disposed of with full satisfaction.
