Arising out of CC Case No.79/18.

The petitioner/Complainant Sajal Kumar Deb files an amendment application supported by an affidavit praying for amendment of the petition u/s 12 of the C.P. Act, 1986 on the ground as stated in the petition.

Heard. Let it be registered as a M.A. case No.1 of 2018.  The M.A. case is taken up for hearing.

Heard the Ld. Advocate for the Complainant.  Perused the materials on record.

Upon hearing the Ld. Lawyer appearing for the petitioner and on perusal of the record and the amendment petition, we find that the proposed amendment is formal in nature.  It will not change the nature and character of this case and claim of the parties.  So, we are inclined to allow this M.A. case.

That the M.A. case be and the same is allowed.

Amend the petition of complaint and register accordingly.

The Complainant is directed to submit amended petition of the complaint.

The Complainant files amended petition u/s 12 of the C.P. Act, 1986.  Let it be kept with the record.
