Final Order / Judgement

The record is put up for order on petition filed by the D/hr.

The D/hr. by filing a separate verified petition praying for withdrawing the cheque bearing No.203530 dated 05.12.16 alongwith the original documents relating to his land property.

Heard the prayer of the D/hr., considered and allowed.  D/hr. is permitted to withdraw the said cheque and documents against proper receipt accordingly. 

Hand over the said cheque and documents to the D/hr. after proper verification.  Let a Xerox copy of the cheque be kept with this records.

The D/hr. withdraws the said cheque and the documents with his full satisfaction.

Hence, it is ordered that the execution be and the same is dropped accordingly.
