       Complainant files two petitions praying for time. O.ps. are absent without any step. It is astonishing that though complainant files two separate petitions praying for time but complainant inspite of last chance and today being special chance and also enjoying several dates for filing evidence on affidavit did not filed the evidence on affidavit which clearly goes to show that complainant is not at all interested to proceed further with the case.

       In fact, complainant has demolished the objective of C.P. Act, by his conduct. Accordingly the two prayers of complainant for time stand rejected and complainant is debarred from filing evidence on affidavit.

       Therefore it reveals that this case has become a case of no evidence and as such further proceeding of this case is redundant.

       In that view of the matter the instant case is dismissed for non-compliance and being a case of non-compliance.
