Final Order / Judgement

                                         The Advocate for Dhr has filed an advance call for petition duly signed by the Dhr along with Xerox copy of Identity proof, identified by her advocate and Xerox copy of statement of account. The Dhr is present today and submitted that she has already received a cheque of Rs.16,530/- from the Jdr in full and final settlement vide her money receipt dtd.04.12.2018 filed earlier through her advocate on 04.12.2018. Withdrawal petition dtd.04.12.2018 filed by the advocate for Jdr is served on the other side. So, we do not find any reasonable ground to proceed this execution Misc. case further. Hence, this execution Misc. case is withdrawn accordingly.
