The Learned counsel for the Decree Holder has made a statement for withdrawal of the present execution petition by submitting that recovery of the decretal amount stands made, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present execution petition. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Decree Holder, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as having been fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
