Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant in the light of order nos. 7 and 8 passed by this District Commission.

Complainant has filed one petition which is neither verified nor supported by affidavit. So, it is rejected.

Complainant has not filed any show cause.

It is indicates that the complainant has not complied the order no. 8 dt. 21.8.2023 passed by this District Commission. So, it is crystal clear that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

In the result, it is accordingly,

that this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to costs.
