Learned Advocates for both parties are present. Complainant and Opposite Parties have filed a joint compromise petition stating that they have arrived at a compromise to settle the aforesaid case at Rs.1,90,000/- (Rupees one ninety thousand) only in full and final satisfaction of the claim. Further, the OP- Insurance Company is willing to issue a cheque for the said amount within one month from the date of receipt of the order of the Hon’ble Forum. Heard from both the side of the Advocates. Perused the case record and joint compromise petition filed by the parties, we direct the OP-Insurance Company to pay the compromise amount of Rs.1,90,000/- (Rupees One lakh ninety thousand) only within one month from the date of receipt of this order failing which interest @12% per annum shall be paid by the OPs from the date of filing(i.e. 10.11.2017) of this case and report compliance. Accordingly C.C. is closed.
