     Occ: Household, R/o Botimeedi Thanda H/o Janagam Village of

     Narayanapur Mandal, Nalgonda District.

     The Branch Manager, Life Insurance Corporation of India,

     Choutuppal Branch, Nalgonda District.

        This complaint  coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri P.Brahma Chary, Advocate for the Complainant,   and Sri M.Narsimha Reddy, Advocate for the Opposite Party, and  on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:

ORDER

        The counsel for the Opposite Party has deposited a cheque for Rs.1,00,000/-, dated 03/02/2016, vide Cheque No.281529 in the above case.  The counsel for the Complainant filed a memo praying the Hon’ble Forum to dismiss the above case as not pressed.  Hence the complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
