This C.C. is coming on 30-08-2016 before us for hearing; complainant appeared in-person and in the presence of Sri. K. Jagan Mohan Rao, Advocate for Opposite party; upon perusing the material papers on record; upon hearing; this Forum passed the following:-

Suo-motu advanced to this day.  Both parties filed compromise memo stating that the case is settled out side the Forum.  In the above circumstances this complaint is dismissed.
