Advocate for Respondent present and submits order passed by the District Commission is just and proper and prays to dismiss the appeal.

Appellant not present since long time.  On perusal of the order sheet after filing this appeal, appellant not submitted any arguments in support of his appeal.  Mere filing of appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant.  We consider that the appellant is not interested in continuing the case, as such, appeal is dismissed.
