JUDGEMENT

1.The  crux of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for  non refund of excess amount  a sum of Rs.3,002/- deposited in   LIC   policy No. 570402474  with up-to-date   usual   interest  till realisation for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

On being noticed the  O.Ps appeared  before this District  Commission through their  learned counsel  Sri   K.Ch..G.S.Kumandan  and  defend the case  vehemently and  filed  written version.

After  receipt of the  notice from this  District Commission  the O.Ps  have  credited    Rs.3,002/- on  Dt. 24.12.2020  along with interest Rs.216/-  in the S.B. accounts   of   the complainant  through NEFT.

Soon after receiving of the notice from this forum  the O.Ps tried to settle the dispute in the right time as to the full and final satisfaction of the complaint as thus the complainant prayed the forum   to close the present case against the O.Ps being received  the claimed amount by the complainant. The complainant not interested to proceed  further  with the case as settled.  Hence with draw the consumer case against the O.Ps.

Heard both the parties. Verified the memo filed by  the  complainant and documents  of the O.Ps.  Further he has filed the memo with his  full and final settlement of their claim without any  prayer  for compensation.    Accordingly the present C.C. case is hereby closed and O. Ps are  wriggled out of the liability of the C.C. case No. 78 of 2020.

Copy of the order be supplied free of cost to the parties.
