Both parties settled the disputes before the Lok Adalat held on 12.11.2022.

Accordingly, the matter is settled with a sum of Rs.2,09,000/- (Two lac nine thousand rupees only) through an A/C Payee cheque being No.170717 drawn on Axis Bank, Cooch Behar dt. 11.11.2022 in favour of the Complainant, Sri Bharat Prasad as per the agreement between the parties. The said cheque is handed over to the Complainant, Sri Bharat Prasad on proper identification by the Ld. Lawyer Sri Pushpen Barman.

            That the instant case be and the same is disposed off before the Lok Adalat with full and final satisfaction between the parties.
