Final Order / Judgement

This case is taken up before the National Lok Adalath and we have perused the memo filed by D.Hr dated 15.07.2022 stating that the matter  has been settled between the parties and the J.Dr has paid a sum of Rs.1,92,739.73/- by way of cheque bearing No.000056 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank dated 07.07.2022 to the D.Hr, hence prays to dismiss the EP as not pressed.

     In view of memo the matter has been settled between both the parties and memo has filed in this regard to dismiss the EP.  The EP is closed as fully satisfied.
