                        The complainant files a memo stating therein that  the Opp.Parties has paid the awarded amount  of Rs.18,000/-  vide A/c payee Cheque No.201450 dt.27.12.2016 which he received with full satisfaction and prayed to drop  the case as  he does not want to proceed further with this case.

                         We perused the memo and documents filed by the complainant   and heard the parties. In view of the above submission of the complainant, the complaint is hereby closed and disposed of accordingly.  Send copy of order to the parties.
