The record is put up today on petition filed by the OP.

The OP has filed a cheque No.650519 dated 28.07.20 for Rs.21,100/- drawn on ICICI Bank in favour of the Complainant Subal Debnath as the dispute is settled.

The Complainant has filed a petition through his Ld. Agent stating that the dispute has been settled amicably between the parties and he has requested to withdraw the instant case.  The Complainant has also requested to withdraw the said cheque amounting to Rs.21,100/- filed by the OP in his favour.

Heard both sides, considered and allowed. 

Let the instant case be withdrawn and the said cheque be handed over to the Complainant Subal Debnath on proper receipt and verification.
