The O.P No.1 and 2 file one cheque bearing No.619644 dated 06.12.18 of ICICI Bank, 215, Free Press House, Nariman Point, Mumbai-400021 in favour of Dayal Barman.   Copy served.   The O.P No.1 and 2 file another application praying for passing an order to drop this case on the ground as stated in the petition.  Copy served.  No objection noted.

The Complainant/D/hr. has filed an application praying for permission to withdraw the cheque on the ground as stated in the petition.

Heard both sides.  Dayal Barman, Complainant/D/hr. is permitted to withdraw the cheque amounting to Rs.48,000/- against proper receipt and identification by his Ld. Advocate.

Let the case be dropped in full satisfaction.  The record need not put up on 10.01.19.  The petition filed by the O.P No.1 and 2 and the petition filed by the D/hr are thus disposed of accordingly.
