Today is fixed for filing reply of the show cause by the complainant.  O.Ps. are present by filing haziras. 

On perusing the record it appears that vide order No.55 dated 07.12.2017 the complainant was directed to file evidence on affidavit.  In order No.56 & 57 dated 9.1.2018 & 31.1.2018 the complainant prayed time to file evidence and this Forum allowed the prayer of the complainant and on 23.02.2018 was fixed for filing evidence.  But this date also the complainant has not filed any evidence and absent on repeated call and 23.3.2018 was fixed for show cause of the complainant. Today also the complainant found absent on call and he is not shown reply of the show cause.

             It appears that complainant has lost his interest in this case. So, Forum has no alternative but to dismiss the case for non-prosecution.  Hence, it is

Ordered

that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Let the copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
