The O.P side has filed a cheque being No.107755 dated 08/05/2018 amounting to Rs.80,000/- (Rupees Eighty thousand) only issued from Bandhan Bank, Cooch Behar Branch in the name of Smt. Shubhra Kairi.
A petition is filed on behalf of the Complainant, Smt. Shubhra Kairi to receive the aforesaid cheque.
The petition is heard, considered and allowed.
The instant case is disposed of on the ground of settlement.
Let the aforesaid cheque be handed over to the Complainant, Smt. Shubhra Kairi through proper receipt and identification.
