In the result therefore, C.C.is allowed.The op-insurance company is directed to reimburse the medical expenses amount to Rs.47,024/- to the complainant along with 9% interest from the date of claim and Rs.3,000/- towards cost within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
