Complainant is personally present and O.Ps. are represented by the Ld. Advocate.

Complainant files an application which is supported by an Affidavit stating that he is not intending to proceed with this matter furthermore and he is praying for withdrawal of this case with liberty to file the case before the competent Court of Law.

Heard. Both the side. Perused the withdrawal application of the Complainant.

Considered. For the ends of justice the prayer of the Complainant is allowed as he is praying for withdrawal of this case.

                          Hence it is therefore,

                                       ORDERED

That the Complainant is permitted to withdraw the instant C.C. No. 46 of 2024 and liberty is given to the Complainant to file any other suit / case before the competent Court of Law.

Let a copy of this Order / Judgement be given to the parties free of cost.
