ORDER

 

            A compromise has been arrived at between the parties with the efforts of Lok Adalat.

            Sh.Nitin Thatai-Counsel for OP No.1 & 2. has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

“The complainant has paid the required dues, so the OP No.1 & 2 shall issue the fresh policy of one time investment to the complainant within fifteen days”

 

            Sh.J.S.Bagga-Counsel for Complainant made the following statement, recorded separately:-

“I have heard the above statement made by counsel for OP No.1 & 2. I accept the same. The case may be disposed of accordingly”

 

            In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that OP No.1 & 2 shall issue the fresh policy of one time investment to the complainant within 15 days from today i.e. 13.07.2012. The parties shall be bound by the statement made before this Forum.

            Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
