          The affidavit of service in respect of the OPs has been filed showing service of notice upon both the OPs. Let it be kept with the record.

          In view of the order passed by Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal no. 10856 of 2016, where the Hon’ble Apex Court prohibited institution of proceeding, continuation of existing proceeding and enforcement of any order against this O.P., we are unable to proceed with this matter . Hence, with the above observation, the proceeding of the Complaint case of CC/1008/2019 is deemed to be disposed of.
