Today is fixed for admission hearing.

This matter is taken up for consideration initially at 11.40 a.m and thereafter at 12.35 p.m.   At the above two times the complainant is found absent.  Nobody appears for the complainant.

The conduct of the complainant is clearly reflecting that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.  As a result of which this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non-prosecution.

In the result, it is accordingly,

                                                            Ordered

That this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No order is passed as to cost.
