Complainant present. Complainant and his learned counsel and OP No.1 learned counsel also present. Both learned counsels have presented a compromise petition under Order 23 Rule 3 read with section 151 CPC. The contents of the compromise petition are explained to the complainant and he admitted the contents as true and correct. In view of compromise entered between both the parties this complaint is disposed of interims of compromise petition.
