                                   Smt. Jigeesha Mishra, President:-

27.04.2022                To-day the case is fixed for hearing. The Complainant’s successor (Madhumita Guru) is present along with his advocate and files petition which was accepted. Further the complainant’s successor files a petition whereas she has not interested to proceed the case further as both the parties are settled outside the District Commission. Hence, she do not want to proceed with the case further.

                       

                                    In view of compromise petition, the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
