Final Order / Judgement

The Complainant is present with her son. The advocate of the Opp.parties is also present. The Complainant is agree to deposit the minimum monthly charge of the meter with in Rs.5000/- only as proposed by the Opp.parties. There after the electricity supply shall be restored in the name of the Complainant instead of her deceased husband with in 15 days in to the commercial establishment of the Complainant.

                The dispute is settled as both parties agree to this proposal. Accordingly the Complaint is disposed of. Supply free copies of this order to both the parties.
