          This commission on 23-01-2024 passed an order that the JDR to pay re fix the total pension of the DHR to Rs 1263.00 by giving two years weightage and to pay 8 % arrears to the DHR within 30 days of receipt/acknowledgment of this order, accordingly, the JDR filed memo stated that, the JDR disbursed Rs 11786.00 towards arrears interest & paid Rs 3900.00, Rs 1000.00 & Rs 2550.00, towards, 78 days penalty, Balance cost & BRS for the month of May 2024 respectively. And in turn the DHR counsel filled memo stated that the JDR complied the order of this commission, to substantiate this the JDR submitted scroll. By considering the scroll sheet and submission of JDr and DHr, we are of the opinion that the JDR fully complied the order of this Commission. Hence, the E.P. is liable to be closed.  Accordingly, we pass the following:-
