Paused complainant. The opposite party K.S.E. Board is seen stated as to be represented by the Assistant Engineer. The cases against K.S.E. B. ought have been filed against the Secretary, K.S.E.B. But in this case, the K.S.E.B. is seen represented by the Assistant Engineer. Hence complaint is not maintainable. Dismissed.
