The Record Is Placed Before Us By Way Of Put Up Petition Filed By The Complainant. Copy Served. 

            An Another Petition Is Filed Along With Fresh Vokalathnama Praying For Withdrawal Of The Case On The Ground Mentioned Therein. 

            An Another Petition Is Also Filed Praying For Getting Back Some Original Documents Lying On The Record Filed By The Complainant.

            Heard Both Sides. Perused The Withdrawal Petition. On Perusal Of The Petition It Appears That The Disputes In Between The Parties Has Been Settled Out Of Commission. Considered.

            Hence, It Is

            That The Petition For Withdrawal Of The Case Is Allowed And The Complainant Is Permitted To Withdraw The Case Without Liberty To File A Fresh.

            The Prayer For Getting Back The Original Documents As Mentioned In The Petition, Is Also Considered And Allowed. The Complainant Is Permitted To Take Back The Original Documents As Mentioned In The Petition After Filing Of The Certified Copies Of The Said Documents.
