After submission of Life certificate of pensioner Pratima Nayak before Bank of India, O.T Road, Balasore Branch, Balasore against P.P.O No.3477, her arrear family pension is released from 01.01.14 to 31.08.14 @ Rs.529/- per month amounting to Rs.4232/- along with monthly revised pension of Rs. 1000/- per month from the month of October 2014 which will be paid every 1 st week of each month. So the Complt. has agreed with all terms & conditions of Enforcement Officer, EPFO District Office, Balasore. Under the above circumstances the case of Complt. is disposed of accordingly.
