ORDERS ON ADMISSION

Heard the arguments on admission.  Perused the records and office objections.  As per the records, the complainant already filed the complaint No.126/2012 in the year 2012 and it disposed on 18.01.2013.  Thereafter, the complainant counsel files E.A.46/2013 in 30.04.2013 and it was disposed on 06.07.2017 with the observation that “the OP has complied the order of this Forum fully”.  Thereafter, the complainant filed complaint No.42/2017 on 30.03.2017 with same cause of action and on 26.04.2017 has withdrawn the complaint.   

Later, the complainant filed E.A.No.48/2019 on 31.12.2019 against the CC order 126/2012 dated:18.01.2013 and on 05.08.2023 the DHR and his counsel files memo regarding settlement of the pension and prays to close the E.P.  Accordingly, the E.P. was closed.  Now, again the complainant filed this present complaint with the same cause of action and prayer.  Hence, this complaint is liable to be dismissed with cost.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed at the stage of admission with cost of Rs.2,000-00.
