:ORDER:

 

SMT. NIVEDITA RAVISH - LADY  MEMBER

 

            On perusal of the order on memo of calculation of this Commission dated:20.09.2023, this Commission directed the JDR to pay Rs.6,717-00 to the DHR within 45 days of receipt of the order.  On 28.12.2023 the JDR paid Rs.10,817-00 to the DHR through cheque bearing No.391418 and counsel for DHR received the same on behalf of DHR.   By considering the above discussion, we are of the opinion that the JDR has fully complied the order of this Commission.  Hence, the Execution Application is liable to be closed as fully satisfied.   Accordingly, we pass the following:-

The Execution Petition filed by Decree holder is closed as fully satisfied.

Furnish the copy of order to the DHr and JDr at free of cost.
