          This commission on 18-11-2023 passed an order to JDR to pay Rs.3,907-00 to the DHR within 30 days of receipt/acknowledgment of this order, accordingly, the JDR received the copy of this order on 21.11.2023.  The JDR needs to comply the order on or before 22.12.2023, but JDR on 25.01.2024 transferred Rs.2,052-00 to the DHR account and the DHR submitted that JDR transferred balance amount to the DHR account.  By considering the above discussion, we are of the opinion that the JDR fully complied the order of this Commission. Hence, the E.P. is liable to be closed.  Accordingly, we pass the following:-

The E.P. filed by the DHR is closed as fully complied. 

Furnish copy of this order to both parties are free of cost.
