                   Learned counsel for the complainant has filed Miscellaneous Application bearing No.93 of 2023 seeking permission for withdrawal of the present case.

2.                Heard on the above-mentioned application Miscellaneous Application bearing No.93 of 2023. Keeping in view the contents of the application as well as the contentions raised by learned counsel for the applicant-complainant the same stands allowed. Miscellaneous Application bearing No.93 of 2023 is hereby disposed off accordingly.

3.                Mr. Vipul lamba, counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties as per settlement deed dated 01.11.2022 (Annexure Ex.A-1). His statement in this regard recorded separately.

4.                In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. Vipul Lamba, learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

6.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

7.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
