Order prounced vide seperate orders result, the complainant is allowed, directing the respondents 1 and 2 jointly and severally liable to pay Rs.1,000/- towards uncomfortable journey, causing physical strain, Rs.500/- towards mental agony and Rs.500/- towards costs, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
