[1]     None is present for the appellant.  One Mr.Thakur is present for the respondent no.1 and 3 without letter of authority.  Adv.J.M.Shaikh is present for the respondent no.2.

[2]      This appeal was lying on sine-die list which was taken out.  Notices were issued to both the parties.  Notice of appellant-Shripad g. Dharashivkar is returned back with endorsement ‘deceased’.  Legal heirs of the deceased appellant have not come forward for continuation of appeal.  This Commission has no means to find out address of the appellant.  Due to death of the appellant, appeal stands abated.
