          Learned counsel for the parties present.

 

          As per law laid down in General Manager, Telecom vs. M. Krishnan & Anr. 2009 (8) SCC 481, Prakash Verma vs. Idea Cellular Ltd. and another, Special Leave to Appeal (civil) No. 24577 of 2010 decided on 1.10.2010 and Shaji M.K. vs. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India & Ors. decided by the Apex Court on 7.1.2013, Special Leave to appeal (civil)  No. 34642 of 2012, this Court has no jurisdiction to try this case. 

          Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to pursue this revision petition.  Therefore, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.  However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to get redressal of his grievances before the appropriate forum/arbitrator etc. as per law.  He can get the benefit in respect of time spent as per law laid down in Laxmi Engineering Works vs.P.S.G. Industrial Institute  (1995) 3 SCC 583.

          The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
