This is a complaint filed by the complainant under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to eradicate the defect in the washing machine or to provide another new washing machine with all the features of operation in efficacious condition or return back the net amount along with interest; to direct the opposite parties to pay a compensation of Rs.97,000/- for mental agony, harassment and humiliation and to pay a sum of Rs.2000/- towards litigation costs.  

3. This matter was referred to Mediation Centre of UTPLSA on request by the Complainant for amicable settlement.

3. Today this complaint was called.Complainant present and filed memo stating that the complaint is settled in UTPLSA with OP2 with full satisfaction andwithdrawn the complaint.In view of the memo filed by the complainant, this complaint is hereby dismissed as not pressed.
