2. Havels Indis Ltd., QRG Tower, 2-D, Sector-126, Express way, Greater Noida (UP) through its M.D.

                   Today the case is fixed for compromise. Compromise effected.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the OP-2 has suffered his separate statement to effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per compromise he has paid an amount of Rs.720/- to the complainant.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the company and complainant has received an amount of Rs.720/-. So he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                 In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Both parties will bound their statements. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
