None is present for both the parties.  Perusal of record & proceedings of these appeals shows that advocate of the appellant had appeared lastly before this commission on 02.09.2015.  Thereafter, these appeals came to be adjourned four times i.e. on 26.11.2015, 22.02.2016, 29.04.2016 and 26.07.2016.  On last date i.e. 26.07.2016 this Commission observed that all these appeals deserve to be dismissed for want of prosecution.  These appeals adjourned till this date for appropriate order. Today also none appeared for the appellant. Hence, these appeals be recalled at the end of the board for appropriate order.
