AWARD

     Vide their separate joint statement recorded on 04.09.2023, Sh.Jashan Singh Sekhon, Advocate Proxy for Sh.Shiv Kumar, Advocate for OP No.1 and Sh.Sandeep Jasuja, Advocate for OP No.2 & 3 have stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OPs are ready to replace both the shockers of the subject vehicle of complainant and also conduct service of the vehicle including change of mobile oil and filters within a month from today(04.09.2023), subject to complainant paying lumpsum of Rs.6,000/- to OP No.2 & 3. Vide his separate statement, the complainant has admitted the aforesaid statement of counsel for OPs and prayed that the present complaint be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement in National Lok Adalat.

     In view of the statements made by the counsel for OPs and the complainant, the complaint is disposed off being settled. The parties shall be bound by the statements made on 04.09.2023, as stated above.

     The award is accordingly passed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
