It is stated by the Ld counsel of the complainant, vide separate statement, placed on file, that complainant does not want to persue the present complaint further & he has been authorised by complainant to withdraw this complaint on his behalf & the complaint be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh complaint in competent Forum.

 In view of the statement of the Ld. Counsel for complainant, the complaint, in hand, is dismissed as withdrawn. However the complainant is left at liberty to file a fresh case/ complaint in competent Forum as per law. The original documents be returned to complainant after retaining photocopies against proper receipt. The copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file after its due completion be consigned to record room.
