This appeal is put up today. No one appeared on behalf of the appellant. The order dated 20-09-2014 has been challenged by way of this appeal on 28-10-2014 thereby filing this appeal having some defects which have not been removed since 28-10-2014 by the appellant despite several opportunities have already been given.
Looking into this fact that defects have not been removed by the appellant nor the appellant is appearing, we are of this view that this appeal deserves to be dismissed in default of the appellant and is hereby dismissed in default of the appellant.
