ORDER

     File taken up in the Lok Adalat. Sh.Harsh Goyal, Counsel for Complainant and Sh.Puneet Tuli, Counsel for OPs have suffered joint statement that the parties have settled the matter in the Lok Adalat. As per settlement, complainant is ready to deposit Rs.11,000/- in lump sum with any of the OPs out of the total disputed amount of Rs.24,333/- and the same amount will be deposited with any of the OPs within 15 days from today i.e. 19.05.2017 and thereafter OPs will issue the No Objection Certificate to the complainant within 20 days after receiving the above said amount of Rs.11,000/-. The OPs shall waive off all other charges & dues, if any and this complaint may be disposed of accordingly. Consequently, instant complaint is disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by statement made before the Lok Adalat today. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
