It is seen from the case record that as per order No: 7 dated 10.08.2017 complainant was directed to file show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed. Despite issuance of show cause order the complainant was failed to file show cause before this Forum.
It is further seen from the case record that the complainant remained absent on last 5 to 6 occasions.
Perused the petition and the case record.
As the complainant failed to file answer to the show cause therefore we have no option but to dismiss the case of the complainant.

The Consumer Complaint being No: CC-174 of 2017 is dismissed for default.
