           Shri Vishnu Tiwari, Advocate on behalf of Shri M.Chouksey, learned counsel for the appellant.

            As per order dated 11.11.2019, two weeks time was granted to the appellant to furnish vakalatnama as also application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

          But compliance was not done by the appellant within the stipulated time period.

          In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 11.11.2019, without further reference to the Bench.
