This record is called for to pass an appropriate order. On 29.12.2017 the Consumer Complaint no-129/2015 was placed before the Bench in view of the put up petition filed by the Dhrs-Complainants. On the said date the Ld. Counsel for the Complainants had filed an order sheet passed by the Hon’ble SCDRC in the First Appeal no-A/1173/2015 dated 27.11.2015, from where it is evident that the Hon’ble SCDRC has been pleased to remand the case back to this Ld. Forum with certain directions. Admittedly this Execution Application was filed by the Dhrs for execution of the order dated 09.07.2015 passed by this Ld. Forum in the Consumer Complaint no-129/2015, but as the order was challenged by the OP-Jdr before the Hon’ble SCDRC being aggrieved with the same and the Hon’ble SCDRC has been pleased to remand back the case before this ld. Forum for trial afresh after some amendments, hence the instant execution application has lost its force.

Therefore it is ordered that the Execution Application no-259/2015 is hereby rejected.  

Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the provision of the CPR, 2005.
